What a moron...
Welcome to ConspiracyBomb.com If you came here you're probably in search of some juicy conspiracy theories. Whether or not you're the type who believe in those sorts of things, or you just read them for amusement you'll find something you'd be interested in here. Just know, most of the stuff you read here is totally unfounded without any basis in truth, and written by by ultra-political crackpots with tin foil hats.
typical conspiracy theorist
But maybe, just maybe, if you wade through all of the ramblings, the misplaced assumptions, and the crackpot hysteria you can find a few gems of truth.
If you don't know anything about conspiracies or just need to bone up one some of the finer points of insanity, it'll be good to take a quick look at The A-Z of Conspiracy Theories, and leave the window open just in case you need to look something up.
Because of how much information is on the Internet, many of the traditional, common conspiracy theories are being disproved. That said, the Internet also makes it so much easier to create new baseless conspiracies and get them out to the public. Conspiracy theories can be sometimes very far fetched.

Just as a disclaimer I'd liked to say that I don't agree with or believe much in any theory posted here, and I definitely don't endorse them for anyone to believe them as facts either. Oh yeah, and also, don't get offended by anything you read here. Most of the writers are just crazy crackpots anyway -- they don't know any better. Without further ado, the theories:
Illuminati/CIA/Corporations/Organizations - It seems that the bulk of useless conspiracy theories mention or focus on The Illuminati, a secret organization formed over 1000 years ago by a band of occult knights. The people who have belonged to this organization are said to have shaped history, and in modern days, they've been attributed to everything from sinking ships and exploding space shuttles to ruling the world through puppet governments. Does any of this make sense? Well, when some of these points are logically like in the articles below, I guess they could. Just a little... Under this category also falls misc. government/political conspiracies and conspiracies based on other secret, elusive organizations: the CIA, FBI, millitary, Freemasons, et al.

Assassination - Nothing gets conspiracy theorists more riled up than a good assasination. There are two things in common with all assasination conspiracy theories. One -- the assassination couldn't possibly have happened at all like the trained independent investigators have concluded. There is always a complicated, paranoid sounding sociopolitical explanation for the assassination usually involving government bureaucracy, faceless organizations, or the tried and true scapegoat -- The Illuminati. Though more than any other type, assassination conspiracy theories are usually worth more than a grain of salt in the realm of believability and author credibility.

War - War is one of those things that no-one agrees upon. Conspiracy theorists commonly combine assumptions, conjecture, and their warped opinion to ridiculously rewrite histories about already well documented events. War theories are usually straightforward in the fact that they simply try to further the authors ideological agenda (either in support or against the war or its leaders). They generally aren't crafty enough to disguise their agendas in their writing which makes believing a lot of these war documents, except the well referenced ones, precarious at best.

Foreign/Historical/Jewish - If there is one thing Americans don't understand, it's foreigners or other countries in general. Conspiracy theorist pick up on that signal using their tin foil hats and write articles that fall into two distinct categories. Category one -- the theory is written by an American with little to no concrete knowledge about the country he is writing about. Facts are pieced together from popular books and movies on the subject being written about and the author tries to capitalize on the fact that most of his readers only know about the country he's writing about from those same books and movies. Category two -- the authors will simply write their own idealized fiction to further their own delusions set in a random part of the globe most likely picked out with darts and a wall map. Generally, these authors try to bank on American ignorance of geography and general apathy to look things up.
The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion Rated J for Jewish Conspiracy
The Way of Deception? by Robert I Friedman
Occult - For some reason, conspiracy theorists have a penchant for the occult, zombies, the black plague, voodoo, the second coming of Jesus, and all sorts of other supernatural weirdness. These are mostly about strange places, supernatural phenomenon, and the authors' inability to keep their minds in the realm of reality.

Series - Just as a note, I've tended to stray away from both the "Disease Monger" and "Political Rant" genres of conspiracy theories because they are usually boring, totally unreasearched, overly graphic, or just depressing to read. In series you'll find articles that range the gamut of all the categories (except for those two) culled mostly from a conspiracy newsletter called Conspiracy News which circulated through newsgroups and the Internet in some from or another from the early 1990's to 1995. These are the most consistent stereotypical "conspiracy theories" on the site... if that makes any sense at all.
